【国際登録出願（Application for international registration）】

国際登録出願は、
自己の商標登録出願（68条の2　第1項第1号）、又は商標登録（68条の2　第1項第2号）に基づいて、
特許庁長官にしなければならない。

国際登録の存続期間の更新の申請 →　特許庁長官でも可（68条の5）

国際登録に基づく商標権の存続期間 →　国際登録の日から10年（68条の21　第1項）

団体商標に係る商標権の移転　→　7条3項に規定する書面を提出する必要がある（68条の24　第1項）

【国際商標登録出願（International application for trademark registration）】

（補正：Amendment）
拒絶理由通知において指定された期間内に限り、願書に記載した指定商品又は指定役務について補正をすることができる（68条の28　第1項）。

Any amendment to the designated goods or designated services may be made only within the time limit designated by the examiner.
